The first dog, Major BIden, is back home in Delaware, where he’s been sent back to training camp after a “biting incident” with a secret service agent. Mark Tobin, who trained Major when he was a puppy, is going to retrain the 3-year-old German Shepherd, so he can safely return to the busy White House. This isn’t the first time the rescue pooch has been in the dog house. Last November, then-President-elect Joe Biden ended up in a boot after fracturing his foot while playing with Major.
