Black Columbia Student Says He Was Racially Profiled by Barnard Public Safety

April 16, 2019

Alexander McNab says he was hungry after a dance practice. When he got word that free food was in Barnard College's Milstein building, the Columbia University student walked over. He says what wound up happening was a case of racial profiling, after several Barnard Public Safety officers stopped him and continuously asked him for his ID. A Barnard student McNab didn't know took video of the incident. At one point, it shows several of the officers pinning him to a counter. InsideEdition.com's Stephanie Officer spoke with McNab to find out what's next.
