Body Of Missing US College Student Believed To Be Found In Barcelona

Missing American college student James Gracey on spring break in Barcelona is believed to have been found dead. Gracey is the nephew of a former Republican congressman from Illinois, Peter Roskam. In the wake of Gracey's disappearance, many parents in the US who have children on spring break or studying abroad say they are concerned for their safety. The State Department has issued a level two travel advisory for Spain. Inside Edition spoke with travel expert Katy Nastro.
