Bodycam video shows the scene the night a man, who was allegedly held captive in a Connecticut home for 20 years, set a fire hoping to escape. Video from February 17 shows Kimberly Sullivan, 56, telling a first responder her stepson is inside the house, along with some pets. Waterbury Police say what they found inside was shocking: a 32-year-old man, weighing less than 70 pounds trapped inside a bedroom that was locked from the outside.
