Bride Injured Leg 1 Hour Before Wedding, Gets 30 Stitches After

One hour before one bride was supposed to walk down the aisle, she fell off a chair. Jordan Downing, 25, looked at her leg and said "a chunk of skin was missing." Friends and family tended to the bride-to-be. Wedding guest Dr. Raj Chowdhury, a plastic surgeon, knew that Downing needed stitches. Chowdhury cleaned and bandaged Downing's thigh so she could make it to her wedding on time. When the wedding was over, Downing went to the hospital where she received 30 stitches.
