Britney Spears Arrested After Alleged Drunk Driving

Was Britney Spears trying to evade arrest? Police say Spears was driving under the influence. According to police, Spears refused to get out of her car when she was pulled over on the 101 Freeway in California. Police took her into custody and she was transported to the hospital where her blood was taken. Spears appeared to be in tears as she was booked into jail and later released early Thursday morning.
