Bus Driver Finds Child Wearing Only T-Shirt and Underwear in Milwaukee Road

A bus driver came to the rescue when a 2-year-old girl was found running down a street wearing only a T-shirt and underwear. The Milwaukee County Transit System says Diana Serrano was driving along her route around 6 a.m. on a Saturday when she saw the child.
