Bulldog Owner Clings Onto Speeding Car to Save Stolen Canine

Extraordinary video shows a dog owner clinging to the hood of a speeding car in California. The drama started when the dog owner, Ali Zacharias, was having lunch. Suddenly, a stranger grabbed her dog by the leash and fled. Zacharias says she watched as the dognapper got into a car. That's when she jumped on top of the hood. Zacharias says she was clinging on for dear life praying the thieves would stop the car and give her dog back. Inside Edition's Jim Moret has more.
