California Cop With Prosthetic Leg Engaged After Appearing on 'The Proposal'

Mike Crowe proposed to his future bride, Monica, on the ABC dating show "The Proposal," but his journey to that point was far from romantic. Crowe had just graduated from the police academy six years ago when he was involved in a terrible accident. Eleven surgeries later, he had his leg amputated below his calf.
