Couple Ties the Knot During Historic Blizzard

These California newlyweds have quite the story to tell. Chris and Chloe Nielsen tied the knot during the historic blizzard that hit Northern California.  As the time for them to recite their vows got closer, snow started falling at a rate of an inch per hour. Out of the 170 expected guests, only 70 made it to the wedding. The newlyweds partied all night in the winter wonderland. Inside Edition’s Megan Alexander has more.
