California High School Team's Phone Ban Leads To Winning Season

A California high school basketball team has learned that disconnecting from technology and reconnecting to each other can pay off. The coach of Baldwin Park's Sierra Vista High School team says that the girls struggled with doom scrolling and being glued to their phones, and it showed up in the way they play. But since she started confiscating their phones before practice and games, it has refocused them and led to the best season in the school's history.
