14-Year-Old Boy Bitten by Sea Lion

There was drama on a California beach after a 14-year-old was bitten by an animal. However, Dane Blair was not attacked by a shark. It was a sea lion who bit the teen. Aggressive behavior from sea lions is on the rise. Experts say sea lions are turning crazy due to a neurotoxin in the ocean that's causing serious brain damage. Now, lifeguards are warning beachgoers to keep their distance from any sea lions they discover on the shoreline. Inside Edition's Lisa Guerrero has more.
