A fed-up California store manager recorded the moment she confronted a suspected shoplifter. The store manager, Amber Jolly, runs a trendy clothing store on Montana Avenue in Santa Monica. Jolly says she confronted the alleged thief because she’s tired of people taking advantage of the system. However, after reflecting, the store manager says she would never do it again.
