Teen Driver Hits Woman Walking With Baby in Stroller

It was a horrific accident. A mom and her baby were mowed down in an alley by a teen driver who fled the scene before getting caught. The sentence handed down to the young offender is tough for some to understand, especially the mom who was hit by the driver.
