Captured Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro Appears in NYC Court

Captured Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores, headed to their first court appearance in New York surrounded by heavily armed federal agents. Security is tense at the lower Manhattan courthouse, where protestors have gathered demanding Maduro be released. Maduro's arrest has left a power vacuum in Venezuela.
