A car pulled from the Ohio River may be key to solving a 19-year-old cold case. In 2002, Stephanie Van Nguyen, 26, and her two children Kristina, 4, and John, 3, went missing. Authorities say Stephanie left behind a note saying she planned to drive her vehicle into the Ohio River with her children because she was distraught over her marriage ending. At the time, investigators searched the river but weren’t able to find her or the car. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
