Cargo Trains Resume Service in India Following Deadly Derailment

Trains resumed back on track early Monday in Balasore, where at least 275 people were killed in one of India's deadliest train accidents. Nearly 1,200 people were injured when a passenger train hit a stationary freight train, jumped the tracks and hit another passenger train passing in the opposite direction. Initially thought to be a technical error, officials are saying they think someone deliberately tampered with the usually safe system. Inside Edition Digital’s Stephanie Officer has more.
