Cat Rescued by NYPD After Getting Tangled in Feather Boa Needs a Home

Sometimes fashion can be dangerous. Bugle the cat is looking to be adopted after being rescued from a fashion accessory mishap. NYPD Police found her in a New York subway station all tangled in a feather boa. Now that she’s safe and sound, the 9-year-old is at the Animal Care Centers of NYC. Staff is now working hard to find a ‘furever’ home free of boas. Inside Edition Digital’s Andrea Swindall has more.
