CBS News Anchor Gayle King Says She Has COVID on Instagram

CBS Mornings anchor Gayle King revealed that she has COVID-19. The newscast took to Instagram to say, “The thing I’ve been dreading, I just tested positive, I’ve got the ‘rona.” Co-hosts Tony Dokoupil and Nate Burleson explained why she disappeared from the newscast about an hour-and-a-half into the show, sharing that “She’s fine.” King was asked to leave the building and go home. Once she got there, she shared an update on her situation.
