Chef Uses Lottery Winnings to Help Feed the Hungry

Taking his mother's advice, Chef Roberto Mendoza went to a local gas station to buy a $5 scratch off. Minutes later, he was $250,000 richer. Mendoza says he'll use some of the winnings to continue to feed the needy in his Charlotte, North Carolina, neighborhood. Mendoza will also finish building his cafeteria in the Dominican Republic so he can feed the tiniest residents of a poor village.
