Chemical Spill on Delaware River Causes Concern in Philadelphia Region

On March 24th, an equipment failure at a factory caused thousands of gallons of chemicals to spill into Otter Creek, near Philadelphia. The creek is a tributary of the Delaware River. Delaware Riverkeeper Maya van Rossum told Inside Edition Digital that she would like federal and state agencies to provide more and better information about the spill. She added that the incident raises “real concerns about what this may mean for the environment. What might it mean for aquatic life, for wildlife?”
