Chihuahua Rescued From Iowa Dumpster Loves Being Held

The Animal Rescue League of Iowa wants to find the person who allegedly abandoned a Chihuahua in a dumpster. Officials say the dog, named Oscar, had no body fat when he was rescued by a good Samaritan who found him at the top of the trash pile. But with a healthy diet, Oscar is safely gaining weight back. "He wants to be near people at all times and especially loves being held," said Tom Colvin, CEO for the ARL. InsideEdition.com's Keleigh Nealon (http://twitter.com/KeleighNealon) has more.
