As calls mount from all sides for New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo to resign in the wake of the attorney general’s findings that he sexually harassed 11 women, his brother Chris is catching heat for not discussing the scandal on his prime time CNN show for the second night in a row. He’s avoiding covering one of the biggest news stories in the country so as not to be accused of a conflict of interest and a breach of ethics.
