Activists Throw Orange Paint on Pyramid at Louvre Museum in Paris

A person climbed the glass pyramid outside the Louvre in Paris, designed by IM Pei, and poured orange paint on it. Other activists threw balloons filled with paint to demand the French government come up with a plan for insulation in buildings. The group Derniere Renovation says it wants 12 billion euros to go toward thermally insulating structures, which it says would drastically reduce carbon emissions in the country.
