Coldplay’s Chris Martin Says He Eats Only 1 Meal a Day

Coldplay frontman Chris Martin is causing quite a stir over his diet. The singer eats only one meal a day. He shared his new eating habits in a chat with Conan O'Brien. Martin says he adopted the practice after having lunch with 73-year-old singer Bruce Springsteen. His new strict diet isn't appetizing to everyone. Dietician LeeAnn Weintraub says Martin is doing a stricter version of intermittent fasting.
