Colorado Cops Use Battering Ram to Free Little Girl With Head Stuck in Railing

There were tense moments for this little girl who got her head stuck in the railing at her apartment complex. Police in Boulder, Colorado, say the adorable toddler was just enjoying the view but suddenly couldn’t move. Cops surprisingly showed up with a battering ram, but they found a unique use for it: prying the bars open just enough for the child to slip out. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
