Deputy Who Rescued Choking Baby 'Grateful' to Save a Life
A Colorado deputy is being hailed a hero after saving a choking baby. After the 1-month-old's dad opened the door, Deputy Nicholas Pacheco ran inside the house to save little Carlos' life. The mom handed the unresponsive baby to the deputy who immediately began CPR. Within seconds, little Carlos started crying. Medics later took over and placed the baby in the back of an ambulance.
