Confessed Teen Killer Daniel Marsh May Be Released From California Prison

The prosecutor called Daniel Marsh’s case the most horrific, depraved murder he ever tried. The gruesome slaying of an elderly couple stabbed to death while they slept was described by Marsh, then 15, as feeling “amazing” in his confession. He was tried as an adult and given a sentence of 52 years to life. But now, he’s been formally diagnosed as a psychopath, and his lawyers are moving to have him released next year when he turns 25. Inside Edition spoke with the victim’s daughter.
