Connecticut Banker Scott Hapgood Accused of Resort Death Fears for Safety

Scott Hapgood is the Connecticut banker accused of beating a resort worker to death while on vacation. He’s preparing to return to the island paradise of Anguilla to stand trial. He’s been charged with manslaughter in the death of a worker who, Hapgood claims, entered his room and attacked him with a knife. The worker, 27-year-old Kenny Mitchel, died of asphyxia and blunt force trauma. Hapgood said he "would do it again” to protect his family.
