Connecticut Jury Orders Alex Jones to Pay Sandy Hook Families Nearly $1B

Connecticut jury has ordered Alex Jones to pay the families of eight Sandy Hook massacre victims nearly $1 billion in damages. Jones had claimed on numerous occasions that the Sandy Hook school massacre was a hoax and the parents were crisis actors. There were tears as the jury read the amounts awarded to each family, amounting close to $965 million in total. Jones was not in court to hear the verdict but he was live online mocking the verdict.
