Christie’s Defends Controversial Auction of Jewelry With Nazi Ties

A large jewelry collection is going up for auction, but some people say it shouldn’t. The collection belonged to Austrian billionaire Heidi Horten, whose husband reportedly acquired some of these jewels from Jewish businessmen who were desperate to flee Nazi Germany.
