Cop Gets Punched in Face While Catching Escaped Kangaroo in Canada

Canadian police took on an unusual pursuit when a kangaroo escaped from its handlers, but she didn’t get far. Cops say the animal was being transported to a new home and hopped over her handlers when they made a rest stop outside of Toronto. The kangaroo was on the loose for a whole weekend, probably thinking she’d made a clean getaway. Little did she know authorities were hot on her trail, but as cops say, she wasn’t going down without a fight. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
