Cop Lectures Tased 11-Year-Old Girl After She Allegedly Shoplifted in Ohio

A cop's body camera caught him reprimanding an 11-year-old girl he shot with a Taser after police say she had been shoplifting. The incident took place at a Kroger's grocery store in Cincinnati, Ohio. The officer claimed the girl ignored his orders to cooperate after she and other kids allegedly stole from the store, and for that, she was Tased in the back.
