Cops Get into Shootout with Homicide Suspect at Gas Station

Allen Brown made a purchase at a Kenosha, Wisconsin, gas station before going back to the SUV he allegedly stole. Outside waiting for him were dozens of Kenosha County sheriff’s deputies. Brown ran but didn’t get far, instead, starting a shootout with one of the officers. Police say he has a lengthy criminal record, including arrests for domestic battery and theft.
