Cops Rescue Elderly Man With Dementia Hanging Out Window by His Foot

A man with dementia found himself in a scary situation: hanging out of a window from the second story of his home. Canton Township Police in Michigan showed up to help. Officers supported the man on the ground by forming a human pyramid, while others helped from the inside, trying to hold on to the man and securing him with cables.
