Cops Took 5 Hours to Warn Public That Monterey Park Gunman Was Still on the Run

At the dance studio in California where 11 people were shot to death, photographs of the victims were placed at a growing memorial. The tribute comes as many people question why it took police five hours to warn the public that the shooter, Huu Can Tran, was still on the loose. L.A. County Sheriff Robert Luna says "The priority was to get this person into custody, so we were very strategic in the way we were putting out information."
