It’s hope in a box: batches of coronavirus vaccine are shipped out after winning approval in the United Kingdom. But there’s anger on social media that U.S. approval for the vaccine may still be two weeks away. Distributing the vaccine is a logistical nightmare. The Pfizer vaccine has to be stored at -94 degrees, in special refrigerators, and packed in dry ice to be shipped. Millions of pounds of dry ice will be needed to ship and store enough of the vaccine to inoculate all Americans.
