    Couples Scramble to Get Marriage Licenses Before Office Closes Amid Coronavirus

    It was a race to the courthouse for some couples who made it just in the nick of time. The Orange County Recorder in California announced he would stop issuing marriage licenses for two weeks as a precaution to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
