You Could Pay $1,000 if You're on a Los Angeles Beach Fourth of July Weekend

New York’s governor announced that the state’s reopening would be slowed in some areas, and that indoor dining at New York City restaurants will be postponed indefinitely. While Wednesday was the first day New York beaches were open, plenty of social distancing rules are in effect. In Los Angeles, beaches will be closed for the July Fourth holiday weekend. The Sheriff in Malibu is warning that anyone who defies the beach ban is subject to a whopping $1,000 fine.
