Cruise Passenger Speaks Out After Bahamas-Bound MSC Cruise Reroutes to Boston

Lakeya Allen says she paid MSC Cruises $4,000 to bring her three kids on a trip to the Bahamas. She says the night before the cruise she received an email alerting passengers they had significantly altered the itinerary. At the last minute, weather conditions caused the cruise to be diverted to Canada, with stops in Boston and Maine along the way. Although she was given the option to reschedule, she traded in her shorts for sweaters and hot cocoa.
