D-Day Veterans Presented With France’s Highest Military Decoration

The world is paying tribute to the bravest of the brave who stormed the beaches of Normandy, France, on D-Day 75 years ago and changed the course of history. On Thursday, five American men were bestowed with France’s highest military decoration, the Legion of Honor, for their service on that fateful day. The D-Day commemorations were solemn and breathtaking as more than 170 vets of World War II were in attendance.
