Dad And Son Each Catch Home Run Balls During Game 7 Of World Series
November 4, 2025
It's one of the strangest feats in baseball history. A dad caught the game-tying home run ball in Game 7 of the World Series. Then, his son caught the game-winning home run ball. John Baines and his son, Mathew, are life-long Blue Jays fans. John says he's crushed by his beloved Blue Jays defeat, but there is still cause to celebrate. They showed off their very valuable trophies to Inside Edition's Alison Hall. Experts estimate the home run balls could go for more than $1 million each.
