Dad Drives Off California Cliff With 2-Year-Old Twins

A dad of 2-year-old twins in San Diego is accused of doing the unimaginable. Dramatic video shows a vehicle submerged in water after the girls' father, Robert Brians, allegedly drove off a cliff in an apparent suicide attempt, according to police. Police say they got a call from Brians' wife around 4:30 a.m., saying he had taken off with the girls and threatened to drive off the bridge. They tracked his phone, but were unable to stop him from driving off a cliff at 60-70 mph.
