Dad of Runaway Suspect in Texas Triple Homicide Convicted of Murder

The dad of missing murder suspect Abel Acosta was found guilty of capital murder. Richard Acosa was convicted for his involvement in the triple homicide that happened more than a year ago. Three young men were shot and killed at a convenience store in Garland, Texas. Another was injured. Police say the teen’s father aided in the deadly shooting by driving him there. His attorney claims he didn’t know what his son was doing. Abel Acosta remains on the run.
