Dad Uses His Own Child as Human Shield Against Police at Florida McDonald’s

A father in Florida used his own young son as a human shield when he was surrounded by deputies. The shocking standoff started as a domestic dispute, and the dad was accused of kidnapping his 1-year-old child. A police chase ended at a McDonald’s drive thru window in Palm Coast. The suspect was ultimately apprehended with the help of a canine officer, and the little boy was returned safely to his mother.
