Daniel Penny Allegedly Helped Perform CPR on Jordan Neely

According to Daniel Penny's attorney, the Marine veteran tried desperately to save Jordan Neely's life. The 24-year-old is charged with manslaughter after choking Neely, a popular Michael Jackson impersonator, to death. Penny denies any wrongdoing and his attorney tells CNN that the veteran helped cops perform CPR on Neely. He also tells Anderson Cooper that Penny may testify before the grand jury in a bid to stop the case from going to trial. Inside Edition's Steven Fabian has more.
