DA's Office Argues for Delay of Menendez Brothers Resentencing Hearing

On Wednesday night the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office filed a last minute motion for a "continuance of the resentencing hearing" based on a new risk assessment of the Menendez brothers by the California Parole Board. What is in the risk assessment has not been made public. Erik and Lyle's 85-year-old aunt Terry Baralt was not present in the courtroom after being rushed to the hospital four days ago. The brothers attended Thursday's hearing remotely.
