Daughters Shave Their Heads to Support Mom Battling Cancer

Kayla and Sophia McPherson wanted to make sure their mom felt supported as she battles breast cancer. After Joanna McPherson shaved her head to combat hair loss from chemotherapy, the 10-year-old and 7-year-old girls had their dad shave their heads, too. Joanna was moved by her their gesture, which has also helped them cope. "It's very difficult to see a loved one go through pain and just a lot of body changes that they can't control," Joanna McPherson said.
