DC Woman's French Bulldog Stolen Months After Previous Dog Drowned During Flood

A dog owner experienced heartbreak for the second time after her beloved Frenchie, Hendrix, was dognapped from her doorstep. Teffiney Worthy was reeling from a double loss. Three months ago, her first Frenchie died in a flood at a doggie daycare center. To deal with the grief, she was gifted with 3-month-old Hendrix. While returning to her apartment, she says a masked man demanded she hand over her new puppy. Thankfully, Worthy has since reunited with her stolen dog.
