Delphi Murder Investigators Eye Possible Suspect From Another Case: Report

An Indiana man accused of luring a 9-year-old girl into his home and sexually assaulting her is reportedly being looked at as a possible suspect in a high-profile cold case in the same state. The Lafayette Journal and Courier reports that detectives are eyeing James Brian Chadwell II as possibly being responsible for the murders of Libby German, 14, and Abby Williams, 13, who were found dead in the woods of Delphi in February 2017.
